3.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on me88sg. By completing registration you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. me88sg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any remaining deposited funds (excluding Bonus Funds) returned to the relevant payment method.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on me88sg. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. me88sg reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and void any associated Wagers or Bonus Funds.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number (or passport number for non-citizens), residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes fraudulent conduct and may result in immediate Account termination without refund.
3.4 KYC Verification. me88sg conducts KYC verification for all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You must submit government-issued photo identification and proof of address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated time period will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
3.5 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the me88sg platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. me88sg makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular territory. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your me88sg Account.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. me88sg personnel will never request your password through any communication channel including Live Chat, email, or telephone.
4.3 You must notify me88sg immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. me88sg will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security or your failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
4.4 me88sg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA is available through Account Settings and links verification to your registered Malaysian mobile number.
5.1 Deposit Methods. me88sg accepts deposits via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and Bank Transfer. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. me88sg does not charge deposit fees; any fees imposed by third-party payment processors are the Member's responsibility.
5.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment instruments are prohibited. me88sg reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void transactions where the source of funds cannot be verified or where third-party funding is suspected.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. me88sg targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours; actual timing may vary based on payment provider processing times.
5.4 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. All withdrawals will be remitted to payment accounts held in the Member's verified name only. me88sg will not remit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. me88sg is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. me88sg reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or deposit patterns that trigger our internal AML review procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers available on me88sg are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6.3 me88sg reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel Bonus Funds where: (a) the Member is found to have violated these Terms; (b) the bonus was credited in error; (c) evidence of bonus abuse or collusion is identified; or (d) the Account is closed before wagering requirements are met.
6.4 me88sg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All Wagers are subject to the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface.
7.2 Wagers once placed and confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where permitted by the specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where offered).
7.3 me88sg reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted in error, including as a result of system malfunction, obvious pricing error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the Wager stake will be returned to the Member's Account wallet.
7.4 Maximum bet limits apply across all products and markets on me88sg. These limits are set by me88sg and its game and data providers and may be applied at the individual Member level based on betting patterns or risk management requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me88sg platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all Wagers and balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the me88sg platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and game content, are owned by or licensed to me88sg.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the me88sg platform without our prior written consent.
10.1 The me88sg platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While me88sg takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, me88sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered on me88sg. me88sg accepts no responsibility for gambling losses sustained through normal platform use by eligible Members.
11.1 me88sg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 me88sg will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

13.1 You may close your me88sg Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to outstanding wagering requirements being waived or satisfied) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
13.2 me88sg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) the Member is found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by regulatory authority; (c) fraudulent or criminal conduct is suspected; or (d) the Member's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
13.3 In the event of Account closure for cause, me88sg reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and void any Wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not associated with the breach will be returned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which me88sg holds its gaming licence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in Malaysia.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and me88sg arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation via our support channels. If resolution cannot be achieved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
14.3 Nothing in this clause restricts your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in Malaysia.
